These are courses designed and owned by the State of Oklahoma. As such, the courses are free for all Oklahoma school districts to use with their own teachers. If a district also needs a teacher-of-record for the course, they can add this for $300 per student/per year. To make arrangements to use Horizon courses, districts should contact Lisa Daniels.
