  1. Review 2026-27 Vendor Pricing. Consult with your Vendor Rep to ensure accurate order.
    • NOTE: Some vendors require additional PD that will be amended to your quote.
  2. Complete the 2026-2027 Order Form Download to generate your quote.
    • NOTE: Select your school from the highlighted dropdown region to activate the form.

  3. Return the quote via email to [email protected].
    • This constitutes a commitment to buy. Horizon will invoice in September with payment due in October.
  4. Horizon Connect attendees who wish to secure discounted conference pricing must commit to buy by May 1st.
  5. All orders should be submitted by June 30th.

Orders cannot be processed without a fully executed and current Agreement Letter. Access the agreement here. Sign and return to [email protected].
